全媒体时代医学摄影的边界教育在皮肤病与性病科临床教学中的意义

摘　　要：全媒体时代下皮肤病与性病科医学摄影已取得长足发展,应用领域非常广泛,但缺乏完整的理论教育体系和考核标准,仍有较大发展空间。医学摄影中的伦理边界、法律边界、道德建设和人文关怀的培养和教育将直接影响到医务工作者的职业行为,是维护健康和谐的医患关系、提高皮肤病与性病科医疗服务质量的重要支柱。该文结合皮肤病与性病科临床特点,尝试性分析了医学摄影边界性教育的特点,提出增加伦理道德教育和法律法规意识、加强人文关怀等具体实践路径,将医学摄影的边界性教育融入皮肤病与性病科临床带教中去,以期为临床教学提供参考和借鉴。In the all-media era,medical photography in dermatology and venereology has made great progress and has been used in many disciplines.However,it still lacks a complete theoretical education system and assessment standards.The ethical boundary,legal boundary,moral construction and humanistic care training and education in medical photography will directly affect the professional behavior of medical workers,which is an important pillar to maintain the healthy and harmonious doctor-patient relationship and improve the quality of medical services in Dermatology&STD Dept.Combined with the clinical characteristics of Dermatology&STD Dept,this paper attempts to analyze the characteristics of boundary education of medical photography,and puts forward specific practice paths such as increasing ethical education,legal and regulatory awareness,strengthening humanistic care,so as to integrate boundary education of medical photography into clinical teaching of dermatology and venereology.
