摘 要:课程是践行立德树人根本任务的微观载体,金融投资实践类课程力求全面地向大学生传授投资科学理论、业务知识与操作技能。市场投资环境、投资方式与投资者投资行为的不断改变,对金融投资人才的培养提出重大挑战。研究立足于财经素养教育背景下,以培养掌握投资领域系统性、多学科交叉能力的复合型人才为结果导向,将教学目标定位为:通过课程思政实现育人功能、培养大学生建立交叉学科知识体系、掌握实践操作基本技能、具备解决综合财经问题的能力,基于OBE教育理念开展以毕业能力要求为基准的教学设计、以成果输出为导向的教学实践、以大学生能力达成为目标的教学评价体系,探索实现教学目标教学改革与实践,培养具备财经素养的“经济公民”。The course is the micro carrier to practice the goal of"Establishing morality and cultivating talents".Financial investment practice courses strive to teach students the scientific theory,business knowledge and operational skills of investment in a comprehensive way.The constant change of market investment environment,investment mode and investors'investment behavior pose a great challenge to the cultivation of financial investment talents.Under the background of financial literacy education,the research is oriented by the result of cultivating compound talents who master the systematic and multidisciplinary capabilities in the investment field.The teaching objectives is oriented as achieving educational functions through ideological and political courses,cultivating students to establish interdisciplinary knowledge systems,mastering the basic practical skills,and possessing the ability to solve comprehensive financial problems.To cultivate the'economic citizens'with financial literacy,the teaching reform and practice need to be explored,in the OBE educational concept,from teaching design towards graduation ability requirement,teaching practice towards result output,and teaching evaluation system towards students'ability.
