摘　　要：高等院校课程思政建设是实现人才培养质量提升的重要抓手,如何将思政教育融入教学活动中是高等院校面临的重要课题。针对当前存在的思政教育认知度不高、师资队伍不足、目标不明确和融入度不够等问题,在青岛农业大学思政教育改革探索的基础上,分析思政教育面临的问题,研究思政教育的改革思路和举措,提出构建通识教育课程、专业课程、思政课程同向同行育人的“大思政格局”改革思路。教学管理注重多方位提升专业课教师教授课程思政的能力,以拓展育人案例应用为核心的教学课程体系改革等的思政教育建设思路,深入推进课程思政教学研究与改革,引导教师提高思政育人意识,提升思政能力,积极实践课程思政,课程思政建设取得良好的成效。通过青岛农业大学课程思政教育建设的思考和探索,以期为同类院校课程思政教育改革提供一定的参考。The ideological and political construction of university curriculum is an significant methods to enhance the quality of talent training.It is a crucial subject for every senior colleges and universities to integrate ideological and political education into teaching activities.The existing problems for ideological and political education,include low awareness,insufficient teachers,unclear targets and insufficient integration.Based on the exploration of ideological and political education reform in Qingdao Agricultural University,this article studies the ideas and measures of ideological and political education reform.It puts forward the reform idea of"the great ideological and political pattern"to construct general education courses,professional courses and ideological and political courses to educate students in the same direction.In teaching management,we should pay attention to improve the ideological and political teaching ability of professional teachers in various aspects,and reform the teaching curriculum system with strengthening the application of educational cases as the core.In the meanwhile,promoting the research and reform of ideological and political teaching of the course and other measures to guide teachers to improve their ideological and political awareness and ability,and the ideological and political construction of the course has achieved remarkable results.Through the consideration and exploration in Qingdao Agricultural University,it is expected to provide appropriate reference for the reform of ideological and political education in similar universities.
