后疫情时代康养休闲农业资源评价体系构建——根据“四生”维度视角

摘　　要：随着我国进入新冠肺炎疫情常态化防控阶段,积极谋划康养休闲农业的发展,成为推动后疫情时代休闲农业产业转型升级的重要方向。研究立足于休闲农业产业特性,从生产、生活、生态和生命四个维度,构建包含四个二级指标和15个三级指标的康养休闲农业资源评价体系,运用层次分析法与德尔菲法相结合的方法,确定评价指标体系权重,得出生产、生活、生态和生命等维度从不同角度对康养休闲农业产业发展形成支撑合力,且生活维度的设计应成为康养休闲农业产业开发的重中之重的结论。提出挖掘康养文化、保护生态资源、发展农业绿色生产和开发康养休闲活动等对策建议。Under the background of normalized epidemic prevention in China,actively planning the development of health and leisure agriculture became an important direction to promote the transformation and upgrading of leisure agriculture industry in the post epidemic period.Based on analyzing characteristics of leisure agriculture industry,this work firstly constructs an evaluation system of health and leisure agricultural resources from the four dimensions of production,living,ecology and life.The evaluation system includes 4 secondary indicators and 15 third grad indicators.Secondly,the weight of indicators is caculated with AHP and Delphi method.This work concludes that the dimensions of production,life,ecology and life form a combined supporting for the development of healthy leisure agriculture industry,and the design of life dimension should be most important in the development of healthy leisure agricultural resources.Finally,this paper put forward some countermeasures for the development of leisure agricultural resources in the post epidemic period as follows,such as exploring health care culture,protecting ecological resources,promoting agricultural organic production and developing health care leisure activities etc.
