农村社会主义核心价值观教育的重要意义与创新策略

摘　　要：在农村和农民中间开展社会主义核心价值观教育,有利于在全面建成小康社会的基础上,巩固脱贫攻坚成果,深入推进乡村振兴战略的具体实施;有利于塑造新时代的新型农民,促进中国特色社会主义建设;有利于农村社会的和谐发展,促进社会安全稳定;农村社会主义核心价值观教育的教育载体不明确,导致农村基层党组织领导和开展教育乏力;教育方法亟待创新,需要改善当前教育相对滞后的方式;教育对象缺乏针对性,需要精准地细化教育内容;教育认知的局限性,需要深刻认识教育的接受性。因此,培育农村社会主义核心价值观的创新策略,一是注重社会主义核心价值观的社会层面,加强乡村治理能力和治理现代化建设;二是注重社会主义核心价值观的个人层面,充分发挥新型农民的示范和引领作用;三是注重社会主义核心价值观的国家层面,建设富强、民主、文明、和谐乡村;四是注重社会主义核心价值观的载体层面,创新优化宣传教育载体。Carrying out education on socialist core values in rural areas and among farmers is conducive to promoting the comprehensive construction of a well-off society in rural areas,consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and further promoting the specific implementation of rural revitalization strategies.It is also conducive to shaping a new type of farmers in the new era,promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics and to the harmonious development of rural society and promoting the security and stability of Chinese society.The ambiguity of the educational carrier of rural socialist core values education will result in the lack of education carried out by rural grassroots party organization leaders.Therefore,we need to make innovation to improve the current lagging mode in education,to accurately refine the educational content to change the lack of specificity,and to have a deep understanding of the receptivity of education to change the limitations of educational cognition.Based on these analyses,emphasis should be laid on the following four aspects to cultivate the innovative strategy for the core values of socialism in rural areas,including emphasizing the social level of the core values of socialism and strengthening the modernization of rural governance capabilities;stressing the personal level of the core values of socialism and give full play to the demonstration and leading role of new farmers;attaching importance to the national level of the core values of socialism and build rich,strong,democratic,civilized,and harmonious villages;and paying attention to the content and carrier level of the core socialist values,and innovating the carriers and contents of publicity and education.
