摘　　要：实验室安全准入教育是实验室安全管理工作中的一个重要部分,是提高师生安全防护知识和技能最直接的办法,是预防实验室事故的有效手段之一。在高等教育、科学研究快速发展的过程中,实验室规模不断扩大,科研实验室与教学实验室存在着交叉融合与开放共享,安全管理愈加复杂,对安全教育提出新的挑战。以黑龙江大学为例,统筹教学和科研实验室的运行管理,结合多年的实践经验,从实验安全准入教育制度、教育内容和模式、安全考核建设等方面进行新的探索,构建了教学、科研实验室兼容的多层次化学实验室安全教育体系,为有效预防和减少安全事故的发生提供保障。Laboratory safety access education is the important part of laboratory safety management,the most direct way to improve the safety protection knowledge and skills of teachers and students and one of the effective means to prevent laboratory accidents.In the process of rapid development of higher education and scientific research,the scale of laboratory is expanding constantly,there are cross integration and open sharing between scientific research laboratories and teaching laboratories,and the safety management is becoming more and more complex,which puts forward new challenges to safety education.By taking Heilongjiang University as an example,the operation and management of teaching and research laboratories are coordinated,and on the basis of years of exploration and practice,the new exploration is carried out from the aspects of responsibility system,education content and mode,safety assessment construction,etc.,and the safety education system of multi-level chemistry laboratories compatible with teaching and scientific research laboratories is constructed,which provides guarantee for effectively preventing and reducing safety accidents.
