摘　　要：上海交通大学材料学院检测分析中心配备的一台场发射透射电子显微镜,是材料组织分析、晶体结构和微区成分分析的重要工具,已运行了10年以上。该文针对设备的运行现状,介绍了对场发射透射电镜从预约、培训到维护、故障处理的主要管理模式,以提供高效优质的检测分析服务,保障设备正常运转和提升使用效率。A field emission transmission electron microscope equipped by the testing and analysis center of the Materials School at Shanghai Jiaotong University is an important tool for material organization analysis,crystal structure and micro area composition analysis,which has been in operation for more than 10 years.According to the operation status of the equipment,this paper introduces the main management mode of the field emission transmission electron microscope from appointment,training to maintenance and troubleshooting so as to provide efficient and high-quality inspection and analysis services,guarantee the normal operation of the equipment and improve the utilization efficiency.
