摘　　要：细胞培养技术在生物医学工程研究领域得到了广泛的应用,已成为从事相关科研技术人员所必须掌握的一项技术。细胞培养室是进行细胞培养、细胞相关研究活动的重要场所,高效、科学的管理是细胞培养室正常运行的重要保障。该文从暨南大学生物医学工程系细胞培养实验平台建设和管理的实际经验出发,探讨了细胞培养室的布局、仪器管理、制度管理等问题,并对人才培养及操作规范化管理进行了重点阐述。Cell culture technology has been widely used in the field of biomedical engineering research,and it has become the technology that must be mastered by the relevant researchers and technicians.Cell culture chamber is an important place for cell culture and cell related research activities,and efficient and scientific management is an important guarantee for the normal operation of cell culture chamber.Based on the practical experience of the construction and management of the cell culture experimental platform of the Department of Biomedical Engineering in Jinan University,this paper discusses the layout,instrument management and system management of the cell culture chamber and focuses on the talent training and standardized operation management.
