摘　　要：严格依照《医学实验室安全要求》标准要求,通过调整机构设置进一步理顺管理机制、细化岗位职责,健全完善实验室管理制度和应急预案,严格危险化学品管理,加强实验教师、实验员以及科研人员的安全教育培训和考核,建立规范、标准、有效的医学实验室安全管理体系。In strict accordance with the standard requirements of the"Medical laboratory safety requirements",the management mechanism is further rationalized,the post responsibilities are refined,the laboratory management system and emergency plan are improved,hazardous chemicals are strictly managed,the safety education is strengthened,the training and assessment of experimental teachers,experimenters and scientific research personnel are carried out and a standardized and effective medical laboratory safety management system is established.
