摘  要:采用部分水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)和实验室自制的交联剂作为原料,通过对其不同配比的筛选以及pH的调节,制备出一种黏弹性冻胶。随后研究了无机盐、温度对该冻胶的成胶时间和成胶强度的影响,最后在该配方中加入了一种破胶剂,筛选出一种既可以在一段时间内保证一定的凝胶强度又可以在一段时间后实现自行降解的自破胶冻胶体系。结果表明:基础配方为质量分数为0.7%的部分水解聚丙烯酰胺+质量分数为0.18%的交联剂的凝胶体系的最佳pH使用范围在8~10、反应温度为85℃左右的条件下可形成强度高达45 N以上的黏弹性聚合物冻胶体系;该冻胶在无机盐离子(Ca^(2+)和Mg^(2+))条件下依然具有良好的成胶性能,在(Na^(+)和NH ^(4+))条件下成胶强度降低;当加入质量分数为0.1%的破胶剂时,该冻胶在48 h内可以保持30 N的凝胶强度,满足作业要求,在5 d后可以自行破胶,胶液黏度降至400 mPa·s左右,破胶后残液呈淡黄色,反排容易进行。Using partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide(HPAM)and laboratory-made crosslinkers as raw materials,through the screening of its different ratios and pH adjustment,a viscose elastic gel was prepared.Subsequently,the effect of inorganic salt and temperature on the gelling time and strength of the gel was studied,and finally a dispensing agent was added to the formula,and a self-breaking gel system which can guarantee a certain gel strength for a certain period of time and self-degrading after a period of time was screened.The experimental results showed that the basic formula was as follows:partially hydrolysed polyacrylamide mass fraction 0.7%and the crosslinker mass mass fraction 0.18%,its optimal pH range 8~10.At about 85℃,the strength of the viscoelastic polymer gel system reached 45 N;When a breaker with a mass score of 0.1%was added,the gel maintained a strength of 30 N for 48 h,meeting the requirements,and the viscoelastic polymer gel system was broken after 5 days,the viscosity of the gel dropped to about 400 mPa·s,the gel residue was pale yellow,and its flowback was easy.
