摘  要:根据目标油藏条件,开展预交联凝胶颗粒(PPG)调驱剂油藏适应性研究。采用细管实验结合岩心物理模拟实验,量化PPG颗粒粒度中值与地层孔喉直径匹配关系。结果表明:当压力达到一定值时可以进入与其粒径相当的孔径;可以有效封堵孔径是其粒径2~3倍的地层,当孔径达到颗粒粒径8倍的地层几乎没有封堵效果,不能建立有效的残余阻力系数。为提高PPG颗粒的性能,研究了复合体系性能。结果表明:聚合物的加入,大大提升了预交联凝胶颗粒的悬浮性能;相同注入体积下,普通聚合物、PPG+聚合物、PPG+二元3种体系相比,复合体系具有更高的阻力系数和残余阻力系数,PPG+二元的驱油效果最佳,PPG+聚合物次之,PPG+二元体系充分发挥了三者的协同增效作用。According to the target reservoir conditions,the adaptability of preformed particle gel particle(PPG)agent was studied.The matching relationship between the median particle size of dispersed phase and the pore throat diameter of formation was quantified through the combination of nuclear pore filter membrane experiment and core physical simulation experiment,at the same time,the experimental results of thin-tube experiments were considered.The results showed that the particles could enter the pore with similar size when the pressure reached a certain value.When the pore throat diameter was between 2 to 3 times of the median particle size of the dispersed phase,the dispersed phase could enter the pore throat smoothly,and the plugging rate was over 50%,the plugging was effective.When the pore throat diameter was more than 8 times of the median particle size of the dispersed phase,the plugging rate was less than 30%,and the effective residual resistance coefficient was not established.In order to improve the performance of PPG particles,the properties of the composite system were studied.The addition of polymers greatly enhanced the suspension performance of PPG particles.Under the same injection volume,compared with the common polymer,PPG+polymer and PPG+binary system,the composite system had higher resistance coefficient and residual resistance coefficient,and PPG+binary system had the best oil displacement effect,followed by PPG+polymer,and PPG+binary system had fully played the synergistic effect of the three.
