摘 要:针对车用乙醇汽油在线调合引起的计量不准问题,提出了一种车用乙醇汽油调合体积变化修正方法。在此基础上,通过精测5~35℃温度范围的乙醇、汽油密度和乙醇体积占比为8%、10%和12%的车用乙醇汽油密度,推算出车用乙醇汽油等温体积变化数据。结果表明:在常压下,8%~12%乙醇体积占比的车用乙醇汽油在5~35℃温度范围内的调合等温体积变化修正系数为1.00093~1.00216。在油库车用乙醇汽油调合现场,以10%乙醇体积占比的车用乙醇汽油调合等温体积变化率为参考值,乙醇体积占比变化对调合后的等温乙醇汽油体积变化率影响的最大绝对值为0.0022%,最小绝对值为0.0008%。研究结果为车用乙醇汽油在线调合体积修正提供基础数据,对确保车用乙醇汽油贸易结算的公平公正及进一步推广使用车用乙醇汽油具有积极作用。Aiming at the problem of inaccurate measurement caused by on-line blending of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles,a method to correct volume change of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles after blending was proposed.On this basis,through precise measuring of the density of ethanol,gasoline and ethanol gasoline with 8%,10%and 12%ethanol volume ratio in the temperature range of 5~35℃,the isothermal volume change data of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles were calculated.The results showed that at atmospheric pressure,the correction coefficient of blended isothermal volume change of ethanol gasoline with 8%~12%ethanol volume ratio in the temperature range of 5~35℃was 1.00093~1.00216.At the site of blending ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles in the oil depot,taking the volume change rate of ethanol gasoline with 10%ethanol volume ratio as the reference value,the maximum absolute value of the effect of the blended isothermal volume change rate of ethanol gasoline caused by the change of ethanol volume ratio was 0.0022%,and the minimum absolute value was 0.0008%.The study results provide basic data for on-line blending volume correction of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles,which plays a positive role in ensuring fairness and justice of trade settlement of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles and further promoting the application of ethanol gasoline for motor vehicles.
