摘  要:在论述我国印染废水污染现状、危害及非均相Fenton反应机制、影响因素的基础上,为探讨非均相Fenton反应处理印染废水中有机物的去除效果,采用人工模拟印染废水,通过控制反应时不同的温度、pH、催化剂质量浓度,研究其最佳反应条件。结果表明:反应速率与催化剂质量浓度、温度及pH均有关,随温度及催化剂质量浓度的增加,有机物去除速率明显升高;随pH的加大,有机物去除率先增大后减小。适宜反应温度225℃、pH值9、催化剂质量浓度20 mg·L-1。Based on the discussion of pollution status and hazard and heterogeneous Fenton reaction mechanism and influencing factors of printing and dyeing wastewater in China,in order to discuss the organic matter removal effect in printing and dyeing wastewater,the optimal reaction conditions were studied in experiment by controlling different temperatures,p H,catalyst mass concentration.The results showed that,the temperature,pH,catalyst mass concentration had a certain influence on the reaction rate,organics removal rate increased with temperature and catalyst concentration rising;when the pH increased,organic matter removal rate first increased and then reduced.Suitable reaction temperature was 225℃,suitable pH value was 9,suitable catalyst mass concentration was 20 mg·L-1.
