摘 要:合成了水性聚氨酯纳米乳液,利用旋涂法成功制备了厚度小于100 nm的聚氨酯超薄膜,并初步探讨了旋涂时间对薄膜厚度及表面形貌的影响。结果表明:乳液成膜与溶液成膜过程相似,都包含流体力学减薄和挥发固化两个阶段;由于乳液的非均相性质,超薄膜表面粗糙度较高。Waterborne nano-sized polyurethane latex(nWPU)was synthesized,and then it was used to successfully prepare ultra-thin polyurethane films of thickness less 100 nm by spin coating.Meanwhile,the effect of spinning time on the film thickness and surface morphology of film was studied.The results showed that the film formation from latex includes two stages:hydrodynamic thinning and evaporation,which is similar as that from solution.However,due to the heterogeneous property of latex,the surface roughness of ultra-thin film was relatively higher.
