摘 要:渤海A油田三级储量较大,但存在储层胶结疏松、油井产能递减较快等问题,现场已经尝试多种增产措施工艺,效果不理想。通过岩心碎片的X射线衍射分析以及储层敏感性分析实验,明确了储层主要损害因素为高生产压差下黏土矿物易发生膨胀、微粒运移。对比盐酸、土酸、复合氟硼酸、复合缓速酸体系对岩粉的溶蚀能力,选择盐酸、有机膦酸、氟硼酸形成的复合缓速酸体系,溶蚀能力强、缓速性好,更适合渤海A油田现状。通过室内试验优选缓蚀剂配方、破乳剂添加剂,评价了复合缓速酸体系的缓速性能。通过矿场试验的6口井产量情况对比,产液量、产油量均有上升,采液指数平均增幅406%,采油指数平均增幅712%,复合缓释酸解堵技术可以很好地实现该类油井深部解堵。该研究方法对海上油田增产措施的研究及矿场运用具有重要意义。The third-class reserves of Bohai A oilfield are relatively large,but the reservoir is loose in cementation,and the oil well productivity is declining rapidly.A variety of stimulation techniques were tried in the oilfield,and the effect was not ideal.Through the X-ray diffraction analysis and the sensitivity analysis experiments,the main damage factors of reservoir were determined,including the clay minerals prone to swelling and particle migration under high production pressure difference.Compared with the corrosion ability of hydrochloric acid,earth acid,compound fluoboric acid and compound retarded acid to rock powder,the compound retarded acid system formed by hydrochloric acid,organic phosphonic acid and fluoboric acid was selected,which has strong corrosion ability and good retarded speed.The formulation of corrosion inhibitor and demulsifier additive were optimized by laboratory test,and the inhibition performance of the composite system was evaluated.According to the comparison of six wells’production in the field test,the liquid production and oil production were increased,the average increase of liquid production index was 406%,and the average increase of oil production index was 712%.The complex slow-release acid plugging removal technology can well realize the deep plugging removal of such wells.This research method is of great significance to the study of stimulation measures and field application in offshore oil fields.
