摘  要:研究不同养护龄期、不同养护过程以及典型不利养护条件对混凝土强度的影响。利用人工环境模拟室,设计不同养护过程,重点模拟夏季高温施工、冬季低温施工、低湿度自然养护等不利养护条件,尽可能真实反映工程现场实际养护情况而得到各种试验试样,对其进行室内抗压强度试验,得到各种养护条件下混凝土抗压强度值。结果表明:混凝土抗压强度整体上随养护龄期增大而增大,但高温养护条件下,强度与龄期的关系基本符合双曲线规律,标准养护条件下,抗压强度与龄期关系更接近幂函数关系;模拟不利养护条件反映出施工季节不同,对混凝土强度的影响比较大;而且实际工程中若不采取养护措施,混凝土的温度和湿度均无法得到保证,强度损失最严重。因此,科学合理的养护措施对工程中混凝土强度的保证非常必要。The influences of different curing age,different curing process and typical unfavorable curing conditions on concrete strength were studied.Using the artificial environment simulation room,different curing processes were designed.The unfavorable curing conditions,such as high temperature construction in summer,low temperature construction in winter and natural curing in low humidity,were simulated.The actual curing conditions of the project site were reflected as much as possible,and various test samples were obtained.The indoor compressive strength tests were carried out to obtain the compressive strength values of concrete under various curing conditions.The results showed that the compressive strength of concrete increased with the increase of curing age as a whole,but the relationship between strength and curing age basically conformed to hyperbolic law under high temperature curing conditions.Under standard curing conditions,the relationship between compressive strength and curing age was closer to power function relationship;the simulation of unfavorable curing conditions reflected the different construction seasons,which had a greater impact on concrete strength.The temperature and humidity of concrete cannot be guaranteed without taking curing measures in practical projects,and the loss of strength is the most serious.Therefore,scientific and reasonable maintenance measures are necessary to ensure the strength of concrete in the project.
