摘 要:乙酸乙酯(ETAC)是一种非常重要的有机溶剂和化工中间体,具有较强的溶解力及快干低毒的特性,在食品、涂料和化工中有着广泛的用途。目前国内主要采用直接酯化法制备乙酸乙酯,该工艺具有浓硫酸腐蚀性强、选择性低、产生大量废水等缺点。相比液体无机酸而言,使用固体强酸性离子树脂代替浓硫酸作为催化剂,不但解决了以上问题,同时重复利用催化剂,降低了生产能耗。目前已有部分厂家将强酸性离子树脂用于酯化反应,具有良好反应和分离效果,市场效应良好。本项目采用以强酸性阳离子交换树脂为催化剂的连续催化精馏法合成乙酸乙酯,采用反应精馏与萃取精馏技术结合的方式生产分离出较高纯度的乙酸乙酯。通过将反应精馏应用于乙酸乙酯的合成,将化学反应与精馏分离结合在一起,提高化学反应的转化率、进一步降低生产能耗。使用Aspen Plus软件对全流程进行模拟优化,合成质量分数为94.2%乙酸乙酯。采用萃取精馏技术,实现酯化的连续性和高的转化率,三废排放少。通过对比选择乙二醇做萃取剂,经模拟优化进一步提纯得到质量分数为99.7%的乙酸乙酯。Ethyl acetate(ETAC)is very important organic solvent and chemical intermediate.It has strong solvency,fast drying and low toxicity.It has been widely used in food,coatings and chemicals.At present,the direct esterification method is mainly used in the preparation of ethyl acetate in China,which has the disadvantages of strong sulfuric acid corrosion,low selectivity and large amount of wastewater.Compared with liquid inorganic acid,the use of solid strong acid ionic resin instead of concentrated sulfuric acid as a catalyst not only solves the above problems,but also reuses the catalyst,reducing production energy consumption.At present,some manufacturers have used strong acid ionic resin for esterification reaction,which has good reaction and separation effect.In this paper,ethyl acetate was synthesized by continuous catalytic distillation with strong acidic cation exchange resin as catalyst.The combination of reactive distillation and extractive distillation technology was used to produce higher purity ethyl acetate.By applying the reactive distillation in the synthesis of ethyl acetate,the chemical reaction and the rectification separation were combined to increase the conversion rate of the chemical reaction and further reduce the production energy consumption.The entire process was simulated by using Aspen Plus.The optimum mass fraction of ethyl acetate by the distillation column was 94.2%.The continuity of esterification and high conversion rate were achieved by the extractive distillation technology,there was less waste emissions.Choosing glycol as extractant,the ethyl acetate was further purified by simulation optimization to reach 99.7%.
