摘  要:LU1112井是陆9区侏罗系西山窑组一次性成功实施的小井斜过煤层侧钻定向井。在侧钻过程中发生了多次井漏,并且成功的实施了堵漏。对西山窑组的煤层坍塌机理做了研究。从钻穿煤层时泥浆性能的调整,钻进参数的有效控制,及多项防止煤层坍塌措施等多个方面进行了论述。对此次过煤层侧钻技术及难点进行了思考,并展望了大井斜过煤层侧钻技术的发展趋势。对陆梁陆9井区侏罗系西山窑组的煤层侧钻有很好的参考意义。Well LU1112 is a small borehole deviation sidetracking directional well successfully implemented in the Jurassic Xishanyao formation in Lu9 area.In the process of sidetracking,several leakages occurred,and the leakage stoppage was successfully implemented.The coal seam collapse mechanism of Xishanyao formation was studied.The adjustment of slurry performance,effective control of drilling parameters and several measures to prevent coal seam collapse were discussed in this paper.The technology and difficulties of sidetracking through coal seam were analyzed,and the development trend of sidetracking technology for large borehole deviation wells through coal seam was prospected.This paper has good guidance and reference significances for sidetracking of Jurassic Xishanyao formation coal seam in Lulianglu 9 well area.
