摘　　要：折光率是石蜡产品的一项重要指标,国内还没有专门针对石蜡折光率测定的标准方法。介绍了折光率测定原理以及国内外标准发展现状,并采用自动折光仪从试验温度、试验结果的重复性和再现性、仪器的可靠性考察了对石蜡产品折光率测定的影响。实验结果表明:采用自动折光仪测定石蜡产品在液体状态下的折光率,试验温度应至少高于熔点/滴熔点5℃,所得试验结果的重复性≯0.0002,再现性在0.0004~0.0006波动,具有准确度高、操作简捷、快速测量等优点,可为制定石蜡产品折光率测定的标准方法提供数据支撑。The refractive index is an important index for paraffin products.Now,there is no standard method for the determination of the refractive index for paraffin products in China.In this paper,the principle of refractive index measurement and the development of domestic and foreign standards were introduced.The influences of test temperature,repeatability and reproducibility of test results and the reliability of the instrument on the determination of refractive index of paraffin products were investigated by automatic refractometer.The experimental results showed that the test temperature by the automatic refractometer should be at least 5℃higher than the melting point/drop melting point.The repeatability was not greater than 0.0002 and the reproducibility was in the range of 0.0004~0.0006.The test method has advantages of high accuracy,simple operation and quick measurement,which can provide data support for the establishment of a standard method for the determination of refractive index for paraffin products.
