摘  要:油基压裂液具有与地层配伍好、摩阻低、易返排、造缝能力强、携砂量大等优点,还具有良好的温度稳定性,可以应用于温度范围较高的油气层的压裂改造,能最大限度地降低压裂液对地层的伤害,对于江汉盆地以及四川地区的低渗低压水敏性强的油气藏的压裂改造意义重大。开展了柴油作为基液的条件下压裂液的流变性、黏温性等性能的研究,实验结果都符合压裂液的通用技术标准。通过测定不同配比下的交联剂和胶凝剂的黏弹性和触变性,最终确定合适的复配体系,实验表明质量分数0.5%的胶凝剂下质量分数1%的柴油交联剂效果最好。Oil-based fracturing fluid has the advantages of good compatibility with formation,low friction,easy backflow,strong fracture-making ability and large sand carrying capacity.It also has good temperature stability,can be applied in fracturing reconstruction of oil and gas reservoirs with high temperature range,and can minimize the damage of fracturing fluid to formation,so it is of great significance to fracturing reconstruction of low permeability and low pressure water-sensitive oil and gas reservoirs in Jianghan basin and Sichuan region.The rheological property,viscosity-temperature property and other properties of diesel-based fracturing fluid were studied,the results showed that the diesel-based fracturing fluid can meet the general technical standards of fracturing fluid.By measuring the viscoelasticity and thixotropy of diesel-based fracturing fluid with cross-linking agent and gelling agent in different proportions,the appropriate compound system was finally determined.Experiments showed that the diesel-based fracturing fluid with 1%cross-linking agent and 0.5%gelling agent had the best effect.
