摘  要:新型酸液体系由有机多元羧酸、多支化孪链两性表面活性剂、双子吡啶季铵盐表面活性剂复配而成。该酸液具有盐酸类似的性能,但是避免盐酸有害健康的特点,在暴露环境中十分安全。高温缓速环保酸高温下具有良好的缓速性、酸化效果。同时无需加入任何助剂即具有良好的稳定铁离子性能、降阻性能、对管材的高温腐蚀速率低、残酸伤害低。返排液无毒性,无需后处理,清洁安全环保。A new type of acid system which was composed of organic polycarboxylic acid,multi-branched gemini amphoteric surfactant and gemini pyridine quaternary ammonium salt surfactant was investigated.The acid has similar properties to hydrochloric acid,but avoids the harmful health effect of hydrochloric acid and is safe in exposed environments.The high temperature sustained-release environmentally friendly acid has good sustained-release and acidifying effect at high temperature.At the same time,it does not need to add any additives,it has good stabilizing iron ion performance,good friction reduction performance,low corrosion rate to the pipe at high temperature,low residual acid damage.The flowback liquid is non-toxic,clean and safe.
