摘  要:采用水热处理及酸处理对ZSM-5分子筛进行了改性,并采用X射线衍射、N2吸附脱附、氨气程序升温脱附等方法研究了改性工艺条件对ZSM-5分子筛晶型结构、比表面积、孔结构、酸强度和酸量等性质的影响规律,并对改性ZSM-5分子筛为主要酸性组分的柴油加氢降凝催化剂性能进行了研究,柴油产品凝点-38℃,十六烷值48.3,是优质的-35号低凝柴油调和组分。ZSM-5 zeolites modification was carried out by hydrothermal treatment and acid-washing treatment methods.The influence rules of modification process parameters on crystal structure,surface area,pore structure,acid strength and acidic amount of ZSM-5 zeolites were studied by X-ray diffraction,N2 adsorption and desorption,NH3-TPD methods.Diesel hydrodewaxing catalyst was prepared using ZSM-5 zeolite as main acidic component,the evaluation of hydrodewaxing catalyst performance revealed that freezing point and cetane number of diesel product were-38℃and 48.3,respectively.The diesel product met the requirement of-35#diesel fuel specification.
