摘 要:三元复合驱作为我国各大油田的主要增产促产开发技术,始终存在一定的缺陷。通过实验研究了弱碱三元复合驱采出液乳化程度及油水分离等相关特性,结合Zeta PALS电位仪、激光粒度仪测定了采出液扩散双电层电位及悬浮固体粒径,并进行了不同实验条件下的破乳剂优选。实验结果显示:弱碱三元复合驱采出液的脱水难度大于水驱,因为其乳化严重且分散度高;相比于强碱三元复合驱采出液,其采出液的电位绝对值降低,基本位于30~50 mV之间;随着采出液温度的增加,悬浮杂质及油珠粒径增加。ASP flooding,as the main stimulation and development technology of major oilfields in China,always has some defects.In this paper,the emulsification degree and oil-water separation characteristics of the produced liquid in weak alkali ASP flooding were studied experimentally.The diffusion double layer potential and suspended solid particle size of the produced liquid were measured by ZetaPALS potentiometer and laser particle size analyzer,and the demulsifiers were screened under different experimental conditions.The experimental results showed that the dehydration of weak alkali ASP flooding produced fluid was more difficult than that of water flooding because of its serious emulsification and high dispersion.Compared with strong alkali ASP flooding produced fluid,the absolute potential value of produced fluid was lower,and basically was between 30 and 50 mV.With the increase of temperature of produced fluid,the suspended impurities and the particle size of oil beads increased.
