摘  要:针对石油化工废水厌氧生物处理效率低的问题,研究了温度、pH值、碱度、氧化还原电位及有机负荷率对厌氧生物处理效率及产气量的影响。结果表明,当进水温度控制在32.3~37.6℃之间,pH值6.85~7.00,碱度2 500~3 300 mg/L,ORP-220至-200 mV,OLR平均值控制在8.25 kgCOD/(m3·d)以内时,石油化工废水的厌氧生物处理效率最佳,产甲烷效率稳定在0.6~0.8 L/d,有机物去除效率稳定在75.0%以上。In response to the low efficiencies of anaerobic biological treatment on petrochemical wastewater, the influences of inflow temperature, pH, alkalinity, oxidation reduction potential(ORP) and organic loading rate(OLR) on the anaerobic biological treatment efficiency and gas production were researched. Experimental results showed that the anaerobic biological treatment efficiency of petrochemical wastewater was the highest when the inflow temperature was 32.3~37.6 ℃, the alkalinity was 2 500~3 300 mg/L, ORP was-220^-200 m V and OLR average value was 8.25 kgCOD/(m^3·d). Under such conditions, the methane production rate was 0.6~0.8 L/d and removal efficiency of organic matter was over 75%.
