摘 要:采用车用乙醇汽油样品作为试样,根据GB/T 5487-2015和GB/T 503-2016方法要求测试其研究法辛烷值RON和马达法辛烷值MON。考察RON与MON关系,进而给出研究法辛烷值与汽油敏感性之间的关系,通过多项式拟合,使得马达法辛烷值的预测水平较高,同时预测马达法辛烷值在标准燃料配制过程中所产生的经济效益进行详细阐述。马达法辛烷值的预测结果表明:针对某一汽油样品时,马达法辛烷值预测值与实测值偏差为0.5个单位。Using automotive ethanol gasoline samples as test samples, their research octane number and motor octane number were tested according to GB/T 5487-2015 and GB/T 503-2016 methods.The relationship between RON and MON was investigated, and then the relationship between research octane number and sensitivity of gasoline was given. Through polynomial fitting, the prediction level of motor octane number is relatively high, and the economic benefits of predicting motor octane number in the process of preparing standard fuel were elaborated in detail. The prediction results of motor octane number showed that the deviation between the predicted value and the measured value of motor octane number was 0.5 units for a certain gasoline sample.
