摘  要:结合X-射线衍射法、扫描电镜+能谱法及红外光谱法等分析方法,以JZ9-3油田注聚合物驱受益井产出堵塞物为研究对象,开展了堵塞物成分分析及形成原因的研究。结果表明,研究区受益井产出堵塞物包括以铁盐、钙盐、氟硅酸盐、氟铝酸盐等无机成分为主的硬团颗粒堵塞物,和"有机+无机"的软硬结合颗粒物堵塞,有机组分为部分水解稀酰胺形成的胶团,无机组分为石英、碳酸钙等。推测堵塞物形成原因为:聚驱过程中聚合物分子吸附凝絮黏土矿物、固悬物等微粒,形成具一定变形能力的团状集合体;聚合物与高价金属阳离子发生交联形成有机胶团堵塞物;酸化二次沉淀等无机垢与原油重质组分、聚合物交织在一起,加剧储层堵塞程度。研究结果可为预防聚驱油田生产井产生堵塞,为油井解堵设计提供理论基础。With the analysis method of X-ray diffraction,SEM+EDS and infrared spectroscopy,taking the blockage of polymer injection flooding response well in JZ9-3 oilfield as the research object,the composition analysis was carried out,and the formation reasons of the plug were studied.The results showed that the blockages from the response wells included hard particle blockage mainly composed of inorganic components such as iron salt,calcium salt,fluorosilicate,fluoroaluminate,etc.And the other type was soft and hard combined particle blockage composed of organic matter and inorganic matter,the organic component was micelles formed by hydrolysis of dilute amides,and the inorganic component was quartz,calcium carbonate,etc.The causes of blockage formation included that polymer molecules adsorbed aggregated clay minerals,solid suspensions and other particles in the process of polymer flooding to form a cluster-like aggregate with certain deformation ability;the polymer combined with high-priced cations to form organic micelles;inorganic scale after acidified secondary precipitation intertwined with heavy components of crude oil and polymer to aggravate the degree of reservoir plugging.The research results can provide theoretical basis for preventing the blockage of the production wells in the polymer flooding and oil well unblocking design.
