摘 要:为了降低双管掺水集油流程高耗气、高耗电问题,可通过调节掺水量、掺水温度等运行参数优化工艺流程,降低加热炉耗气量和泵机组耗电量。针对大庆油田某转油站集输流程的实际运行情况,通过PIPESIM软件建立管网水、热力计算模型,运行迭代法确定不同掺水温度下各单井最优掺水量,根据加热炉、泵机组基础数据确定不同方案下总运行费用。计算结果表明,该集油流程最优掺水温度为47℃,掺水量为840.72m^3/d。此研究为原油集输系统提供了可靠的运行参数优化方法,可实现节能降耗的目标。In order to reduce the problem of high gas and power consumption in double-pipe water-mixed oil gathering process,the technological process can be optimized by adjusting the operation parameters including the amount of added water and the temperature of added water to reduce heating furnace gas consumption and pump unit power consumption.Aiming at the actual operation of gathering and transportation process of a oil transfer station in Daqing oilfield,water and thermal calculation model of pipeline network was established by PIPESIM software.The operation iteration method was used to determine the optimal water content of each well at different water mixing temperatures.And the total operating cost under different schemes was determined according to the basic data of heating furnace and pump unit.The results showed that,the optimum water mixing temperature of the oil gathering process was 47℃,and the water mixing amount was 840.72 m^3/d.This study provides a reliable method for optimization of operation parameters of crude oil gathering and transportation system to achieve the goal of energy saving and consumption reduction.
