摘 要:在石油开采、运输、炼制及含油污水处理过程中产生的含油污泥,是石油化工工业的主要污染物之一。由于含油污泥的来源众多、成分复杂、处理困难,如何实现对其高效率无害化处理,提升综合效益,一直是困扰石油化工企业的一大难题。随着国家对环保要求日趋严格,对含有污泥减量化、无害化、资源化的处理技术是今后研究的必然趋势。含油污泥传统的处理方法可分为热处理法、物理化学法和生物法,近年来,在此基础上又发展了许多新型处理技术。本文介绍了国内外含油污泥处理技术研究进展。Oily sludge is one of the main pollutants in petrochemical industry,which is produced in the process of petroleum exploitation,transportation,refining and oily sewage treatment.Due to the numerous sources,complex components and difficult disposal of oily sludge,how to realize the efficient and harmless treatment and improve the comprehensive benefits has been a difficult problem for petrochemical enterprises.With the increasingly strict requirements on environmental protection in China,it is an inevitable trend in the future research to reduce the amount of sludge,make it harmless and recycle.Traditional treatment methods of oily sludge can be divided into heat treatment,physical and chemical methods and biological methods.In recent years,many new treatment technologies have been developed on this basis.In this paper,the research progress of oily sludge treatment technology at home and abroad was introduced.
