摘  要:为降低环境噪声,提供环保无污染的降噪材料,进行基于化工环保的阻尼降噪复合材料性能实验。基于化工环保理念以及橡胶的良好减振缓冲特性,以回收得到的废旧橡胶作为环保材料,对其进行加热及机械处理,并复合玻璃纤维布(GFF),制备具有层合结构的GFF/PVC复合材料,利用DMA动态热机械分析仪、双声道声学分析仪等测试复合材料的阻尼性能、隔音降噪与力学等性能。实验发现,GFF/PVC复合材料可以有效隔音降噪,吸声性能明显。In order to reduce environmental noise and provide environmentally friendly and non-polluting noise reduction materials,the performance experiments of damping and noise reduction composite materials based on chemical environmental protection were carried out.Based on the idea of environmental protection in chemical industry and the good shock absorption and cushioning properties of rubber,recycled waste rubber was used as environmental protection material,and it was heated and mechanically treated.Composite glass fiber(GFF)and treated waste rubber were used to prepare GFF/PVC composite with laminated structure.The damping performance,noise reduction and mechanical properties of the composite were tested by DMA dynamic thermomechanical analyzer and dual-channel acoustic analyzer.Experiments showed that GFF/PVC composites effectively reduced the noise and sound absorption was obvious.
