摘 要:采用电化学絮凝法对中水中氨氮和总磷的去除效果进行了研究,并初步探讨了反应机理。研究了以铝、不锈钢、铁和铜作电极分别对中水进行了电絮凝处理,分析对比了四种电极在10~30V的通电电压和20~60 min通电时间下对氨氮和总磷的去除率。实验结果表明:铝电极在电压20 V,通电时间40 min时,氨氮去除率达到82.7%,总磷的去除率达到92.5%。铁电极在电压25V,通电时间为50min时,氨氮去除率达到77.7%,总磷去除率达到82.7%。不锈钢电极在电压25 V,通电时间60 min时,氨氮去除率达到86.1%,总磷去除率达到82.1%。铜电极在电压25 V,通电时间50 min时,氨氮去除率达到63%,总磷去除率达到82.5%。除了电絮凝法产生的羟基络合物可以去除中水中的氨氮和总磷,氨也可以直接在阳极失去3个电子而被氧化成N2,从而去除中水中的氨氮。The removal effect of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in reclaimed water by electrochemical flocculation method was studied,and the reaction mechanism was discussed.The electroflocculation treatment of reclaimed water with aluminum,stainless steel,iron and copper as electrodes was studied,the removal rates of ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus were compared and analyzed under the energization voltage of 10~30 V and the energization time of 20~60 min.Experimental results showed that,when the aluminum electrode had a voltage of 20 V and a power-on time of 40 min,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 82.7%,and the total phosphorus removal rate reached 92.5%.When the iron electrode was at a voltage of 25 V and the energization time was 50 min,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 77.7%,and the total phosphorus removal rate reached 82.7%.When the stainless steel electrode had a voltage of 25 V and a power-on time of 60 min,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 86.1%,and the total phosphorus removal rate reached 82.1%.When the copper electrode was at a voltage of 25 V and the energization time was 50 min,the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 63%,and the total phosphorus removal rate reached 82.5%.The hydroxy complex produced by electroflocculation can remove ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in reclaimed water,and ammonia can be oxidized to N2 by directly losing 3 electrons at the anode,thereby removing ammonia nitrogen in the water.
