促进剂DZ加入方式对Si-69原位改性白炭黑填充NR性能的影响

摘　　要：在沉淀法白炭黑制备过程中分别加入Si-69、Si-69和促进剂DZ,制备的产物分别为Silica-Si-69、Silica-Si-69-DZ,并用这两种产物填充天然橡胶,其中Silica-Si-69填充NR在橡胶混炼过程中加入促进剂DZ,与Silica-Si-69-DZ/NR复合材料对比,探究促进剂DZ加入方式对橡胶性能的影响。研究发现,沉淀法白炭黑制备过程中加入促进剂DZ的白炭黑(Silica-Si-69-DZ)填充胶料的tc10缩短,改善了白炭黑延迟硫化的现象,硫化胶的扯断伸长率高,疲劳温升和永久变形大。Si-69,Si-69 and accelerator DZ were separately added during the preparation of precipitated silica,and the products were respectively Silica-Si-69,Silica-Si-69-DZ.NR was filled with these two products.Accelerator DZ was added during rubber mixing to prepare Silica-Si-69 filled NR,and the Silica-Si-69 filled NR was compared with the Silica-Si-69-DZ/NR composite material,the effect of DZ addition mode on rubber properties was investigated.The results showed that the tc10 of the silica gel(Silica-Si-69-DZ)filled compound with the accelerator DZ added during the preparation of the precipitated silica was shortened,which improved the phenomenon of delayed vulcanization of silica,vulcanized rubber had high elongation at break,and fatigue temperature rose and permanent deformation were improved.
