摘  要:涪陵页岩气田位于川东高陡褶皱带万县复向斜,是我国首个具备商业性开发的大型页岩气田。随着气田的开发,气井井筒积液的问题日益凸显,并影响着单井产能。根据气田的实际生产情况,分析气田实测井筒流压梯度特征,对比不同气液比条件下的临界携液流量特征,建立气田积液的判别标准。研究表明:气井积液过程中,井筒的流压梯度曲线有规律性;最大流压梯度-流压梯度差图和逐步判别分析方法可判断积液程度;气液比越低,实际产量应越高于理论临界携液流量,需要对不同气液比条件下的临界携液流量进行修正;综合井筒流压梯度曲线特征、井筒流压梯度值、逐步判别分析、临界携液流量模型等方面建立的气田积液判别标准的应用结果较好。Fuling shale gas field is located in Wanxian syncline of hign-steep fold belt in Eastern Sichuan, which is the first large-scale shale gas field with commercial development value. Along with the development of the gas field,the problem of wellbore liquid loading is getting more and more serious, and affecting the well productivity. Based on the actual production conditions of gas field, the characteristics of flowing pressure gradient were statistically analyzed, the critical liquid carrying flow rates in different GLR were compared. Then on the base of these, discrimination standard of wellbore liquid loading in the gas well was established. The results showed that with the wellbore liquid increasing, flowing pressure gradient was regular. The results also proved the chart of maximum flowing pressure gradient and gradient gap and discriminant analysis can judge wellbore liquid loading level in a certain partition. The lower the GRL, the higher the actual production pressure is than the critical liquid carrying flow rate, and the critical liquid carrying flow rate should be reconsidered in different GRL. Discrimination standard of wellbore liquid loading in Fuling by comprehensively using the characteristics of flowing pressure gradient, discriminant analysis and critical liquid carrying flow rate has good application effect.
