摘  要:以减压蜡油为原料在保证总处理量(新鲜进料与尾油循环量之和)一致的条件下,考察了一次通过、尾油部分循环及尾油全循环工艺对加氢裂化装置的影响。结果表明:尾油循环工艺与一次通过工艺相比较,精制段及裂化段所需反应温度低,液体产品收率高同时化学氢耗低,轻石脑油、重石脑油、航煤及柴油的产品收率变化不大,重石脑油芳烃潜含量略微下降但仍为优质的催化重整进料,航煤烟点及柴油十六烷指数提升。说明当加氢裂化新鲜进料不足时,炼化企业可通过尾油循环保证全厂配置稳定的同时提升航煤与柴油的产品质量。The effect of one pass process,partial tail oil recycle and total tail oil recycle on hydrocracking unit was investigated by using vacuum wax oil as raw material under the condition that the same total treatment capacity(the sum of fresh feed and tail oil circulation).The results showed that,compared with one pass process,the temperatures for refining section and cracking section with tail oil recycling process were lower,the yield of liquid products was higher and chemical hydrogen consumption was lower,the yields of light naphtha,heavy naphtha,aviation coal and diesel oil had little change,the aromatic potential content of heavy naphtha decreased slightly,but it was still high quality catalytic reforming feed,the smoke point of aviation kerosene and the cetane index of diesel oil increased,which indicated that when fresh feed for hydrocracking is insufficient,the tail oil recycling process can be used to ensure stable plant configuration and improve product quality of aviation kerosene and diesel oil.
