有碱无碱液体速凝剂双掺性能的研究

摘　　要：研究了有碱无碱液体速凝剂双掺的作用效果。测试了有碱无碱液体速凝剂双掺时水泥的凝结时间、水泥胶砂的1 d抗压强度、28 d抗压强度比和90 d抗压强度保留值。试验结果表明,有碱无碱液体速凝剂双掺时具有良好的速凝效果。有碱无碱液体速凝剂按照5∶5的质量比双掺时,在掺量<5%的条件下,能够满足水泥的初凝时间<5 min、终凝时间<12 min;水泥砂浆的1 d抗压强度>7.0 MPa,28 d抗压强度比>90%,90 d抗压强度保留值>100%。The effect of the double-mixture of alkali and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture was studied. The setting time of cement, 1 d compressive strength, 28 d compressive strength ratio and the retention value of 90 d compressive strength of cement mortar with alkali and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture were measured. The results showed that, the property of the double-mixture of alkali and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture was good. Under the condition that the dosage was less than 5% and the mixing mass ratio of the alkali and alkali-free liquid flash setting admixture was 5:5, the initial and final setting time of cement was less than 5 min and 12 min, respectively;the 1 d compressive strength of cement mortar was more than 7.0 MPa, the 28 d compressive strength ratio was more than 90%, the retention value of 90 d compressive strength was more than 100%.
