摘  要:通过溶胶凝胶法制备了铂二氧化钛活性炭复合载体催化剂,对其在室温下催化氧化甲醛的性能进行了研究,重点考察了铂负载量、二氧化钛和活性炭两种载体对催化活性的影响,实验表明铂负载量仅为0.2%的复合载体催化剂在常温下即可快速将高浓度甲醛氧化去除,活性衰减缓慢且可以再生。该催化剂适用于空气净化等领域,特别是室内装修后的甲醛处理。Complex carrier catalyst Pt/TiO2-C was prepared by sol-gel method, and its catalytic performance on formaldehyde oxidation at room temperature was studied. The effect of platinum content, titanium dioxide and activated carbon carriers on the catalytic properties was investigated. The results showed that the complex carrier catalyst with only 0.2% Pt load could rapidly remove high concentration formaldehyde by oxidation at room temperature. The catalyst activity decayed slowly and could be recycled. So the catalyst is suitable for air purification and other related fields, especially the degradation of formaldehyde released by the interior decoration.
