摘 要:探究了木质素磺酸盐减水剂对防止混凝土水泥颗粒分散的作用。制备木质素磺酸盐减水剂与混凝土水泥颗粒样本,在木质素磺酸盐减水剂浓度为20%、40%与80%的情况下,对同样尺寸、形状与组成成分的混凝土水泥颗粒样本的凝结时间进行记录,并预测相应的分散时间。实验结果:当木质素磺酸盐减水剂浓度为20%、40%、80%时,混凝土水泥颗粒样本的凝结时间为61±0.35、55±0.33、(46±0.46)min,分散时间为(5±0.56)、6±0.37、(8±0.26)a。实验结论:随着木质素磺酸盐减水剂浓度的增高,防止混凝土水泥颗粒分散的作用越大。To explore the effect of lignosulfonate water reducer on preventing the dispersion of concrete cement particles, lignosulfonate water reducer and concrete cement particle samples were prepared. When the concentration of lignosulfonate water reducer was 20%, 40% and 80%, the setting time of concrete cement particle samples with the same size, shape and composition was recorded, and the corresponding dispersion time of concrete cement particle samples was predicted. The results showed that when the concentration of lignosulfonate water reducer was 20%, the setting time of concrete cement particle samples was 61±0.35 min and the dispersing time was 5±0.56 years;when the concentration of lignosulfonate water reducer was 40%, the setting time of concrete cement particle samples was 55±0.33 min and the dispersing time was 6±0.37 years;when the concentration of lignosulfonate water reducer was 80%,the setting time and dispersal time of concrete cement particle samples were 46±0.46 min and 8±0.26 years,respectively. Experimental conclusion: With the increase of the concentration of lignosulfonate water reducer, the effect of preventing the dispersion of concrete cement particles is greater.
