摘 要:随着聚合物驱油在油田上的广泛应用,在原油开采工程中,采出液中聚丙烯酰胺的含量不断增加,这就使得采出液黏度以及乳化程度增大,对于石油的开采及开采设备造成影响。研究了亚铁离子、S2O8-2离子以及两种离子的复配体系对聚丙烯酰胺的化学降解效果,通过实验考察了实验条件(实验温度、实验时间、溶液p H值以及聚合物浓度)的变化对聚丙烯酰胺的降解效果的影响。实验结果显示,在溶液p H值小于5.9,实验温度超过40,实验时间越长以及聚丙烯酰胺浓度超过990 ppm时,对于聚丙烯酰胺的降解程度较大。With the wide application of polymer flooding in oilfields, the content of polyacrylamide in produced fluid is increasing in crude oil production engineering, which makes the viscosity and emulsification degree of the produced fluid increase, and affects the oil extraction and production equipments. In this paper, the chemical degradation of polyacrylamide by ferrous ion, S2 O8-2 ion and their combination system was studied. The effect of experimental conditions(experimental temperature, experimental time, solution pH value and polymer concentration) on the degradation of polyacrylamide was investigated. The results showed that the degradation degree of polyacrylamide was greater when the pH value of the solution was less than 5.9, the experimental temperature was over 40 ℃, the experimental time was longer and the concentration of polyacrylamide was over 990 ppm.
