摘 要:针对目前过程装备与控制工程专业的化工装备测控技术课程实验教学中存在的实验对象简单、与工程实际差距较大等问题,设计开发了化工过程装备控制实验平台。以两种原料混合反应为研究对象,包含了储液罐、换热器、调节阀、仪表等工业过程常见设备,控制系统采用集散控制系统(DCS)。该平台贴近工业现场实际,可进行大量的仪表、控制相关的实验,经过教学实践表明,该平台对强化学生对过程控制的理解,提高实验教学质量,培养集设备、控制、工艺知识为一体的复合型应用型人才具有意义。The experiment objects are simple and quite different from the real industry in the teaching of measurement and control technology of chemical equipment. Chemical process equipment and control experiment platform was designed and developed to solve the above problems. The platform takes mixed reaction of two kinds of raw materials as the research object, including tanks, heat exchanger, electric control valve, instruments and other equipments in the industrial process. The distributed control system(DCS) is used in the platform. The platform is close to the real industry. Many experiments about instrument and control can be supported. The teaching practice shows that the platform has great significance in strengthening students’ understanding of process control, improving the quality of experimental teaching, and cultivating compound application-oriented talents integrating equipment, control and process.
