摘  要:分馏塔是汽油质量升级系列项目中汽油加氢装置必不可少的关键设备,也是此类装置中最高的塔,多采用板式塔,塔盘较多,内件复杂,管口布置难度大。为做到既符合工艺要求,又满足安全生产,同时兼顾整齐美观,在分馏塔的管口方位设计时就要综合考虑多方面因素,权衡利弊,臻选出最优方案。Fractionation tower is the essential key equipment of gasoline hydrogenation unit in the gasoline quality upgrading series project, and is also the highest tower in this kind of unit. Plate tower is mostly used, with more trays, complex internals and difficult orifice arrangement. In order to meet the technological requirements and safety in production, as well as the neatness and beauty, many factors should be comprehensively considered in the nozzle orientation design of fractionator, and the advantages and disadvantages should be weighed to select the optimal scheme.
