摘  要:裂隙灯显微镜广泛应用于眼科检查,是临床使用的重要仪器。针对裂隙灯显微镜的校准,该研究选取6个重要指标作为校准项目:总视角放大率误差、左右观察系统视角放大率相对误差、左右观察系统的焦距差、裂隙像最小宽度、裂隙像最大长度以及分辨率。通过研究适用于以上性能指标的计量校准方法,研制出一套结构合理、便携的校准装置,能够满足整机的校准应用需求。利用该装置对裂隙灯显微镜进行现场校准实验,并对总视角放大率误差的测定结果进行不确定度评定,扩展不确定度为0.11(k=2),基本满足计量校准要求。该研究成果有效提升裂隙灯显微镜计量校准的可靠性和精确性,具有较高的推广价值。Slit-lamp microscope is widely used in ophthalmic examinations and is an important instrument for clinical practice.This study selected six crucial indicators for the calibration parameters of slit-lamp microscope.The indicators are the total visual angular magnification error,relative error of the left-right observation system's visual angula magnification,focal length difference of the left-right observation systems,minimum width of the slit image,maximum length of the slit image,and resolution.The research developed a set of structurally sound and portable calibration devices suitable for the mentioned performance indicators,meeting the calibration application requirements for the entire machine.Field calibration experiments were conducted on slit-lamp microscope using this device,with uncertainty assessment of the total visual angular magnification error.The expanded uncertainty of measurement result is 0.11(k=2),essentially meeting metrological calibration requirements.This research significantly enhances the reliability and precision of slit-lamp microscope metrological calibration,presenting high practical value for widespread application.
