摘 要:天然气火炬气的准确测量可以实现更精准的排放量控制,利用超声技术对火炬气进行测量,通过对不同频率和带宽的超声换能器进行分析,并对换能器不同频率与信噪比、信号衰减的相关性,以及不同厚度、直径和剪切模式换能器的适用场景进行研究,设计了适用宽流速测量的超声换能器分布结构,同时采用变频和连续波频率的信号组合设计模式,同时使用连续正弦波发射方式,进一步提高了声时的周期采用分辨率,同时结合互相关信号处理技术制造形成了超声流量计样机。测试实验结果表明,采用超声技术进行火炬气测量的流速范围可以达到0.3~85m/s,流量测量性能可以优于2.5级,能够满足火炬气日常小流量和突发事件时大流量等不同工况的测量需求。Accurate measurement of natural gas flare gas can achieve more accurate emission control.Ultrasonic technology is used to measure flare gas.Through analyzing ultrasonic transducers with different frequencies and bandwidths,the correlation between different frequencies of transducers and signal-to-noise ratio,signal attenuation,and the application scenarios of transducers with different thickness,diameter and shear mode are studied.The distribution structure of ultrasonic transducer suitable for wide velocity measurement is designed,and the signal combination design mode of frequency conversion and continuous wave frequency is adopted,and the continuous sine wave emission mode is used to further improve the resolution of the period adoption of sound time.At the same time,the ultrasonic flowmeter prototype is manufactured with cross-correlation signal processing technology.The test results show that the flow rate range of the flare gas measured by ultrasonic technology can reach 0.3-85 m/s,and the flow measurement performance can be better than accuracy level 2.5,which can meet the measurement requirements of different conditions such as small daily flow of flare gas and large flow in emergencies.
