摘  要:围护结构传热系数是准确计算建筑能耗的关键参数,其检测是建筑节能工程验收必不可少的检测项目之一。现行有效的标准推荐采用热流计法对围护结构传热系数进行测量,但对热流计贴敷方式未做出明确规定。该文说明了准确测量围护结构传热系数的意义,介绍了测量方法和关键技术要点、测试仪器原理。对热流传感器外贴敷铝箔胶带的安装方式和未贴敷铝箔胶带的安装方式进行实验比对,所测得数据显示贴敷铝箔胶带会导致检测结果偏小,测得热流密度的最大相对误差可达到-13.39%,传热系数相对误差为-11.01%,该误差会导致后续耗热量、节能量等综合指标的计算的偏差,影响检测结果的准确性。The heat transfer coefficient of building envelope is a key parameter for accurately calculating building energy consumption,and its test is one of the essential test items for the acceptance of building energy conservation projects.The current effective standard recommends using heat flux meter method to measure the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope,but does not make clear provisions on the way of heat flux meter application.This paper explains the significance of accurately measuring the heat transfer coefficient of the building envelope,introduces the measurement method,key technical points and the principle of the measuring instrument.Experimental comparison was made between the installation method of the heat flux sensor with aluminum foil tape and the installation method without aluminum foil tape.The measured data showed that the installation method with aluminum foil tape would lead to a smaller test result.The maximum relative error of the measured heat flux density was-13.39%,and the relative error of the heat transfer coefficient was-11.01%.This error will lead to the deviation of the subsequent calculation of comprehensive indexes such as heat consumption and energy saving,which will affect the accuracy of the test results.
