摘 要:马歇尔击实仪是对沥青混合料进行马歇尔试验,确定其最佳油石比的专用设备。击锤作为击实仪的核心部件,其重量是决定实仪试验准确度的关键因素,因此需要对击锤的质量进行定期校准。针对击锤拆卸不便、脱离工作环境影响校准准确度的问题,设计一种基于梁式测力传感器的凹字型异形称重仪。该装置设计与击实仪击锤结构相匹配,凹字型结构的凹口形成导向棒避让槽,能够使击锤无需从导向棒上拆下即可进行称量,更加准确地对击实仪的锤体进行原位质量校准。实验结果表明:基于该装置的校准方法可以准确地对击锤进行校准。Marshall compactor is specialized equipment to conduct Marshall test on asphalt mixture and determine its best asphalt aggregate ratio.As compacting hammer is one of important components of the compactor,the weight of the hammer directly influences the accuracy of the compactor,which needs to be calibrated regularly.However,it is not convenient to disassemble the compacting hammer because of the hammer guide rod.Moreover,the calibration accuracy will be degraded once the compacting hammer gets separated from the working environment.To solve this problem,a kind of heteromorphic weighing apparatus based on beam load cell is designed in this paper.The concave structure of the weighing apparatus forms a guide rod avoidance groove,which allows in situ calibration of the compacting hammer without disassembling.The test results show that the designed weighting apparatus is able to calibrate the hammer accurately.
