摘  要:该文设计研究一种用于数字温度传感器的自动测试及校准系统。该系统由恒温油槽、专用测试板卡、测试针座及测试上位机等构成。上位机软件可以将经过筛选的某型号超高精度温度传感器作为参考,对I2C总线上其它较低精度的温度传感器进行校准。测试数据表明,经过本系统校准,两种国内型号的数字温度传感器测试精度在-55~150℃范围内测试误差平均降低70%以上,校准后测试精度明显提高。本测试系统可实现测试-校准-测试全自动化运行并自动保存测试结果,操作简便高效,可以直接用于生产、研制单位的量产测试、校准、筛选以及验证等流程。This articles studied designed a system of automatic testing and callibrating for digital temperature sensor.It consist of thermostatic oil bath and special test board and connector and upper computer.The software can do the test by full automaticaly on the same time for other temperature sensors.Besides,the software can set a ultrahigh temperature sensor as reference to calculate other type sensors with lower accuracy which connected to the same I2C bus.The test data showed that the error of tow domestic digital temperature sensor has decreased more than 70%during-55℃to 150℃,The accuracy increased obviously after caculation.The test system can do the whole testing-callibrating-testing process automatically as same as save test data.The test system is easy to handle and efficient,and it can be used for production test,production calibration,sceening test and verification test for sensor manufacturing or develop process.
