摘  要:计量机构、工业电力、石油化工等计量部门广泛运用温度自动测量系统检定工业热电阻。在JJG229-2010《工业铂、铜热电阻检定规程》修订后,规程对AA级热电阻的最大允许误差进行了规定,相对于其他等级的工业热电阻,检定其所使用配套设备技术指标要求变高,检定方法较为复杂。因此,依据JJF1098-2003《热电偶、热电阻自动测量系统校准规范》校准过的温度自动测量系统是否能够开展检定AA级热电阻的工作需要得到明确结论。通过理论计算,不确定度分析,实验验证,得出使用温度自动测量系统检定AA级工业热电阻所需要满足计量特性的技术指标,并且根据技术指标提出使用温度测量系统检定工业铂电阻时必须注意的事项。Measurement institutions,industrial electric power,petrochemical and other metering departments widely use Auto-measuring system to verify industrial thermal resistance.After the revision of JJG229-2010 Verification Regulation of Industry Platinum and Copper Resistance Thermometers,the regulations stipulate the maximum allowable error of AA-class thermal resistance,compared with other grades of industrial thermal resistance,the technical requirements for verifying the supporting equipment used in them become higher,and the verification method is more complicated.Therefore,according to JJF1098-2003 Calibration Specification for Auto-measuring System of Thermocouples and Resistance Thermometers,whether the automatic temperature measurement system that has been calibrated can carry out the w ork of verifying AA-class thermal resistance needs to be clearly concluded.Through theoretical calculation,uncertainty in measurement analysis,experimental verification,the technical indicators that need to meet the measurement characteristics of the AA-class industrial thermal resistance are obtained by using the temperature automatic measurement system,and the matters that must be paid attention to when using the temperature measurement system to verify the industrial platinum resistance are proposed according to the technical indicators.
