摘  要:为研究高温结构在热应力下的力学行为,设计一种基于高温熔盐的结构热应力试验装置,装置主要结构包括加热模块、熔盐循环冷却模块和测量模块。试样通过大气炉及试样通道孔中的电加热棒加热,通过在冷通道孔中通熔盐进行冷却。热电偶与位移传感器测量试样各位置温度与变形量。有限元分析与试验结果表明,该试验装置能够为试样提供高温环境,并能够改变试样表面及通道孔内的温度,获得试样的温度分布与变形量,从而能够用于研究高温结构在高热应力条件下变形情况和失效模式。In order to study the mechanical behavior of the high-temperature structure under thermal stress,a structural thermal stress testing equipment based on high-temperature molten salt was designed.The main structure of the equipment includes a heating module,a molten salt circulating cooling module and a measurement module.The sample is heated by the atmospheric furnace and the electric heating rod in the sample channel hole,and cooled by passing molten salt through the cold channel hole.Thermocouples and displacement sensors measure the temperature and deformation at each position of the sample.The finite element analysis and test results show that the testing equipment can provide a high temperature environment for the sample,and can change the temperature on the surface of the sample and in the channel hole to obtain the temperature distribution and deformation of the sample.Therefore,it can be used to study the deformation and failure modes of high-temperature structures under high thermal stress conditions.
