摘　　要：隔离放大器具有对微弱小信号进行放大的目的,同时,使输入、输出部分电气完全隔离,可提高电路系统对外界的抗干扰能力。隔离放大器一般采用变压器、光耦合或电容耦合进行隔离,根据隔离放大器的特点,隔离放大器主要用于应用伺服驱动、传感器检测、高共模电路系统、远程监控、仪器仪表、医疗设备、工业自控等需要电量隔离测控的行业。隔离抑制比和隔离电压是表征磁隔离放大器输入地和输出地的绝缘性能的关键指标,是磁隔离放大器的重要参数。因此,对隔离放大器隔离参数的技术研究方法至关重要,通过这两项参数指标可判定磁隔离放大器输入地和输出地的隔离能力以及抗干扰性能。Isolation amplifier is mainly used in servo drive,sensor detection,high common mode circuit system,with the role of signal amplification.The input and output parts of the electrical isolation can improve the antiinterference ability of the circuit system to the power supply Isolation and rejection ratio is one of the important indexes of magnetic isolation amplifier,which represents the anti-interference ability of magnetic isolation amplifier.Therefore,it is necessary to design a method to measure the isolation and suppression ratio of magnetic isolation amplifier,so as to judge the isolation ability and anti-interference performance of the input and output ground of magnetic isolation amplifier.
