摘  要:GB/T 17626.3《电磁兼容试验和测量技术射频电磁场辐射抗扰度试验》中规定了频率从80MHz~6GHz的试验方法。试验中用到了多种测量设备,其中场强探头与功率放大器直接决定了整个抗扰度系统电场强度数据的准确度,需要对以上设备进行定期校准,并且针对射频电磁场辐射抗扰度系统的工作特性,制定更贴合实际使用的校准方案。文章将对电场探头和功率放大器校准细节,进行详细分析和描述。GB/T 17626.3 electromagnetic compatibility-testing and measurement techniques-Radiated,radio-frequency,electromagnetic field immunity test is a law for the test method with frequency from 80MHz to 6GHz.A variety of measuring equipment are used in the test,in which the field intensity probe and power amplifier directly determine the accuracy of the electric field intensity data of the immunity system.The above equipments need to be calibrated regularly,and according to the working characteristics of RF electromagnetic field radiation immunity system,we formulate a calibration scheme more suitable for practical using.In this paper,the calibration details of electric field probe and power amplifier will be analyzed and described.
