摘  要:该文开展新型铝铜共晶点黑体的研制,设计并研制具有高发射率的固定点石墨坩埚;利用固定点灌注系统,采用高纯铝和高纯铜灌注铝铜共晶点坩埚;搭建固定点黑体辐射源标准装置,该装置具有氩气保护、自动控制和标准辐射温度计采集等功能;通过三个月的稳定性实验,给出新型高稳定性标准辐射温度计在铝铜共晶点和银固定点稳定性指标。In this paper,a new type of Al-Cu eutectic point blackbody was developed,and a fixed point graphite crucible with high emissivity was designed and developed;the Al-Cu eutectic point crucible was filled with high purity aluminum and high purity copper by using fixed point filling system;a fixed point blackbody radiation source standard device was set up,which has the functions of argon protection,automatic control and standard radiation thermometer acquisition The stability indexes of the new high stability standard radiation thermometer at the Al-Cu eutectic point and the silver fixed point are given.
