摘  要:针对制动台动态检测技术的研究却迟迟停滞的现状,为进一步扩展和提高制动台动态检测的量程范围和检测精度,填补机动车制动力动态测量的溯源空白,设计一个新型的动态力检测技术校准装置,装置利用液压垂直加载模拟车辆重量并通过平衡等效杠杆原理,最大限度地实现显示检测车辆时的状况动态测量出来制动力。通过使用该装置与静态标定数据对比,得出动静态检定之间存在一定差异。因此,单靠静态检定无法判断一台制动台是否合格,仍需由动态测量来决定。However,the research on dynamic detection technology of brake testers has been stagnant.In order to expand and improve the range and the accuracy of dynamic detection of brake testers,fill in the traceability blank of dynamic measurement of motor vehicle braking force.A new calibration device of dynamic force detection technology is designed.The device uses hydraulic vertical loading to simulate vehicle weight and uses equivalent lever principle to realize maximum display of vehicle condition and dynamic measurement of braking.Comparing to static calibration data by using the device,it is found that there are some differences between dynamic and static calibration.Therefore,it is impossible to judge whether a brake testers is qualified or not only by static verification,but also by dynamic measurement.
